Seeking Out Serendipity is a place where you can let go of the overwhelming feelings that happen so frequently in everyday life. Every person has a story that has shaped them. The goal is to build acceptance within that story and find peace to be your true authentic self. Each person will navigate through emotional and mindful internal self to understand vulnerability and be acceptance of authentic self. Vulnerability often feels like open wounds. We are here to offer empathetic support to adventure through the healing you desire.
We offer relationship, individual and family counseling to navigate through all the relationship dynamics and connections. Life happens to all. Each relationship is uniquely its own. No relationship develops without hiccups. We are here to help you build new tools in your invisible toolbox which is essential. We offer therapeutic techniques and educational resources to help you and/or your partner heal, grow, and find a deeper connection than ever before.

At home, she enjoys being creative and finding new ways to make her space warm and inviting.

Do you take my insurance?Seeking Out Serendipity is actively working on accepting insurance, stay tuned, it’s coming soon! In the meantime, we’re proud to offer reasonable self-pay options to ensure counseling is accessible for everyone. We believe mental health care should never be out of reach, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.

How long are sessions?Intake appointments are 60 minutes, and ongoing sessions typically last between 50 to 60 minutes, allowing plenty of time for meaningful connection and progress.

How soon can I see a counselor?I know each obstacle can feel incredibly heavy, but you don’t have to carry it alone. Together, we’ll work to find an approach that feels right for you, as quickly and compassionately as possible.

Is everything I say confidential?My primary goals are keeping a safe, warm, and confidential environment. Confidentiality is a huge part of building a safe environment in order to grow. I value that and hold that with the utmost respect.

How do I know if therapy is right for me or my family?Entering into counseling is hard. We know and understand, I am here to help guide you in your journey to grow and find new ways of navigating through tough times. Each experience is different, I will create an individual plan that works for you and your needs.
